Our friends the vegetables...

Do you like eating vegetables and fruits? Do you know why is important eat these types of food?



Both fruits and vegetables are essential for the organism food, provide us with vitamins and minerals for the proper functioning of our body, its consumption is important because they eliminate toxins, keep us hydrated, they contain lots of vitamins, help us to reduce, combat and prevent diseases such as cancer, diabetes, obesity, cholesterol and many more.

They contain fiber, helps to eliminate liquids, improve the immune system, helps digestion, to vision problems, they invigorate the body... etc.

A glass of juice of fruit, slices of banana, plums or strawberries, etc. us will give an energetic and delicious start to the day, and we offer also a quantity high of fiber, more vitamins and minerals and nothing of fat.

Must take them up to reach at least the 400 grams daily. But how do it in day to day? just enter some vegetables such as ingredient of the starter or accompaniment of the seconds on the main meals, as well as 3 pieces of fruit each day.

Also can eat rich desserts from vegetables as carrot's cake, sweet snacks of pumpkin, pumpkin's pie...etc
