The food pyramid.


Food is essential for living.We need them to grow, get up in the morning, and be healthy, so it is so important to eat well.

Food is everyone who drinks and eats. It is important for our body to eat several times a day, so if we stop, we will feel thirst or hunger. Foods allow us to develop physically, maintain our body healthy, maintain body heat, study, speak ...



To know what the food pyramid means, we must know the characteristics of food. There are three types of food:

VEGETABLE ORIGIN: procedure of the plants. (vegetables, cereals)
ANIMAL ORIGIN: procedure of the animals. (milk, meat, fish)
MINERAL ORIGIN: procedure of the mineral. (water, salt)

THE FOOD PYRAMID.

It is a visual guide that proposes a balanced diet. For its interpretation, it is understood that the foods that are at the top are those that must be consumed in smaller quantity and those that are near the base are those that must be consumed more frequently and in greater quantities.



This pyramid is done by kids of a school in Germany. Do you like it?
